Refund Policy
Try AI Ekip with confidence: if it isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment.
1. Who processes your payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the payment method you used, under this policy.
2. Subscriptions: 14-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment for a subscription plan, including AI B2B Lead Generator plans. Once the refund is made, the subscription ends and the plan's features and included tokens are removed from your account.
- Renewals (the later monthly or annual payments) are not refundable. You can cancel at any time in Billing, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You will not be charged again.
- Upgrades to a higher plan start a new subscription and are treated as a first payment for that plan.
- The 14-day refund applies once per customer. It doesn't apply again if you cancel and subscribe to the same plan later.
3. Token top-ups
Tokens you buy for your wallet, including automatic top-ups, can be refunded within 14 days of purchase only if none of those tokens have been used. Tokens that have been used for AI work are not refundable, because the AI processing has already been delivered.
4. Billing errors
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, tell us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full, whenever you notice it.
5. How to request a refund
E-posta info@aiekip.com from your account email with the invoice or order number, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are usually back on your payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you. Where those rights give you more, they apply.
